Can I enroll if I don't live with my parents?
Yes: Complete the registration form, and the school will contact you to help

What documents are required for my child to start School?
You will need the following:
- Birth Certificate or Guardianship Documents
- Immunization record or Exempt Form
- Proof of an Arizona address
- Official high school transcripts or 8th. Grade Promotion Certificate for Freshmen
- Discipline Records from your previous school
- The Withrawal Form from your previous school.
If you are experiencing homelessness, you are not required to provide the required documents to start school. Please contact the McKinney-Vento Liaison at (520) 741-4392
Can I complete the registration in SchoolMint without the required documents?
Yes: However, the school office will contact you so you can provide the documents unless you are experiencing homelessness.
